• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Parents/guardians must register on behalf of students under 18.
• Tutors must provide accurate qualification details and undergo verification before being listed.

3. User Responsibilities

Parents/Students

• Provide accurate details about learning needs and student information.
• Ensure payments are made securely through approved channels.
• Maintain respectful communication with tutors.

Tutors

• Provide genuine academic and qualification details.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and quality teaching.
• Comply with VidyaHome policies and verification requirements.
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for tutoring services must be made through VidyaHome’s approved channels. Tutors are compensated based on agreed terms after sessions are completed. Refunds (if applicable) are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with VidyaHome’s refund policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Share false, misleading, or plagiarized information.
• Circumvent VidyaHome’s system to avoid service charges.

6. Service Availability

VidyaHome strives to provide uninterrupted access, but we do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, policy violations, or legal reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on VidyaHome are owned by LittleMove. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

VidyaHome is a facilitator connecting tutors and families; we are not responsible for the outcomes of tutoring sessions. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform.

9. Account Termination

VidyaHome reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate platform rules, or misuse the platform for unauthorized activities.

10. Privacy

Use of VidyaHome is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard user information.

11. Changes to Terms

VidyaHome reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
